Answer: First off we hope that you will provide all feedback to our team so that we might address any concerns and ensure you are satisfied with our product. However if you are not happy with the content in the first 30 days, we will issue a refund. For all cancellations after 30 days, you will maintain access for the remainder of your membership term and can cancel all renewals.
To cancel, go to your “My Account” page and unsubscribe to the subscription. If any errors arise, please contact our support team.
