The NASDAQ, the TSX, S&P 500, and Dow Jones are hitting all-time highs so there must be something going on. So, what should we do?

Play it safe but be ready to jump on opportunities when everyone else is scared of them – put a majority of your portfolio into broad-based, low-risk ETFs and hold some cash… but keep your eyes and ears open for the undervalued, the downtrodden, and the overlooked.
